Wang Yan spent two years turning his uncle's failing small restaurant into the county's booming designated cultural tourism agritainment. When the contract expired, his uncle Wang Defa grew jealous and forcibly took back the courtyard to leave for his son. Wang Yan feigned concession, removing equipment, qualifications, and customer sources, and opened the "Yunshang Renjia" ecological resort instead. Facing emotional kidnapping, rumor-mongering, and pressure from the other side, Wang Yan gathered evidence to defend his rights, uncovering past property disputes and making Wang Defa bear the consequences for embezzling family property.
