During the Mid-Autumn Festival, cruise steward Liu Can is on duty and runs into her husband Fu Jingshen, who claimed he was on a self-drive trip to Yunnan. Her parents-in-law feign ignorance, and Fu Jingshen brings his ex-girlfriend Su Man to impersonate his wife and board the ship. Liu Can pulls out her ID to confront them, but her ID is torn up, and Fu Jingshen physically attacks and smears her for pestering him. In the critical moment, her wristwatch alarms, and her parents arrive by helicopter. The police verify that Fu Jingshen committed infidelity, domestic violence, and commercial fraud, leading to his bankruptcy and imprisonment, while Su Man becomes wanted by the police. Liu Can is promoted to cabin director, runs a mutual aid group, encounters Shen Yan, reaps equal love, and lives out her true self.
