Returning to 1980, I took over an old brick factory on the verge of bankruptcy. The veteran kiln heads banded together to force my hand, cutting off coal and choking supplies, everywhere using old rules to suppress people. Relying on rules, I broke the craft monopoly, promoted standardized production, and rallied hearts through shared interests. Overcoming equipment crises and malicious blockades by competitors, I turned the bankrupt brick factory into the industry number one!
