In a small fishing village in the 1980s, Lin Zhou put in his money and effort to help his family build a new red-brick house. Yet on the day of its completion, he was schemed against by his parents and brothers; the new house was seized, and he was left with only a gutted, dilapidated old house. Carrying the regret of being exploited to old age by his family in his past life, Lin Zhou, living a new life, was no longer blindly filial, and invited the village chief to divide the family publicly and sever kinship ties. Amidst desperation, he accidentally activated a fishery intelligence system, which could receive fishing clues provided by the sea. He borrowed tools to go fishing, caught a precious giant grouper to earn his first startup capital, and arranged with his friend Li Ergou to venture out to sea on a foggy day, relying on the system's guidance to chase fish schools.
