The copper silkworm discarded by Pei Jiuzhang was picked up and brought home by the son of Chen Yansheng, Xiaoshi. The copper silkworm spat out golden silk, allowing the poor family of three to see the hope of living a good life. But after Pei Jiuzhang learned the value of the golden silk, he went back on his word and claimed the copper silkworm was an heirloom treasure of the Pei family; Qiao Wanshan also pressed forward step by step to seize the treasure. Golden silk can be exchanged for silver coins, and it also reflects human nature. Chen Yansheng wanted to protect his wife and child, and the copper silkworm also encountered the good affinity it had sought for a long time in this family.
