Shen Yinyin, the heiress to Yuecheng's richest family, was framed five years ago and became Qin Wangyan's foolish, disfigured wife, Qin Nianwan. In her eighth month of pregnancy, she was tricked into signing divorce papers. After a car accident in the countryside, one of her twins was believed dead while the other survived. Overcome with grief, she regained her memories and returned to the Shen family. Five years later, Qin Wangyan arrives in the lives of Shen Yinyin and her only son, Shen Yihan, with his frail son, Qin Banruo. Through a series of misunderstandings, the two families repeatedly mistake each other's children for their own. What no one expects is that Qin Banruo is actually Shen Yinyin's other son, who was mistakenly believed to have died in the accident years ago.
