Fox demon maiden Su Li senses deep within an ancient battlefield that a tachi sealing old grievances is about to awaken. She reseals the blade, exhausting her demonic power and fainting. While unconscious, the tragic battle scene of humans and demons fighting the demon race together enters her dream. Awakening, the world has returned to peace. Su Li stays in the mountain forest, learning to make fire and store food, clumsily managing her own little cave home. In the foggy morning, she rescues the herb-picking old man Wen Bo who was attacked. Wen Bo teaches her to recognize herbs and brings her into Qingxi Village. The little fox demon slowly integrates into the mortal hustle and bustle, a very "warm and healing" slow-paced fantasy combat daily life. No green tea bitches, no rebirth, no system, no melodramatic romance daily life
