In Season 4, Wei Wuyou finally heals the rift in the Great Dao, but peace in the Xuanyue Mountains is shattered in an instant. The three major Heavenly-tier sects make their powerful entrance, and the brutal laws of the cultivation world sweep into the mortal realm. The story unfolds along two parallel paths: Wei Wuyou, as an unaffiliated cultivator, battles in the Dragon-Slaying Rankings, using an ordinary mortal body to challenge the prodigies of the great sects; meanwhile, Su Qianxue devotes herself to cultivation and makes her combat debut with the Twin Ice-and-Fire Lotus. Beneath Beixuan Mountain, dark undercurrents stir around the seal imprisoning the Evil God. The newly established Qiyun Sect becomes the object of covetous attention from all sides, while Xiao Qian's encounters at the Xuanjian Sect affect the fate of the entire mountain range. No matter how perilous the road ahead may be, the peach trees on Mount Lingxiu continue to blossom as they always have.
