Lin Wanqiu, an agricultural technician, is driven out by her ex-husband's family and returns to Qingshi Hollow. There, she discovers that the twelve mu of orchard her father left behind is being seized through a forged agreement by Zhou Wancai, a local produce buyer. The village's fruit growers have also long suffered from deliberately depressed prices, dishonest weighing, and fraudulent inspections. Drawing on her professional expertise, she joins forces with photographer Chen Chuan to livestream fruit sales, expose inspection results, investigate account books and her father's old case, and lead the villagers in establishing a transparent, properly regulated cooperative. When Gao Mingyuan, the mastermind behind the scheme, uses logistics, cold-chain transport, contracts, and trademarks to close in on them from every direction, the two fight back step by step with genuine orders, the villagers' authorization, and a complete chain of evidence.
