Yun Chen, a gifted disciple, is framed by Elder Xuan Ji for colluding with the demon clan and stealing a supreme treasure. His cultivation is crippled, and he is expelled from the Xuantian Sect. At his lowest point, his ancestral Heavenly Dao jade seal awakens and helps him restore his spiritual meridians. Rather than relying on a divine artifact to exact revenge, he joins forces with Mu Qing, the young mistress of the Qingshuang Sect, to gather records, eyewitness testimony, and physical evidence. Using the Swordsmanship Debate as an opportunity to secure the right to a public trial, he returns to the sect to clear his name. After defeating the demonic conspiracy, Yun Chen takes control of the power of the Heavenly Dao and makes a solemn vow to restrain supreme authority through rules.
