Chen Le once caused his wife and daughter to suffer greatly due to his addiction to bad habits. Accidentally reborn back to the Northeast in the 1980s, he resolved to turn over a new leaf, starting from hunting in the mountains, gathering, and improving food and clothing at home. Relying on his familiarity with the sea of forests and snowy fields, he led his partners to find a way out between mountain forests and villages, gradually developing sideline businesses and supporting his wife to go to the city to run a clothing business. Facing past entanglements and life difficulties, Chen Le rebuilt family trust through solid labor, and while guarding family affection, led the folks to welcome better days together.
