During a famine in ancient times, an elderly woman named Su accidentally travels to the modern world. Her second granduncle conspires with Manager Qian to steal all her modern secret recipes, hoping to defeat her in the Imperial Chef Competition. But relying on her hard-earned culinary skills, Su astounds everyone with her exquisite Cabbage in Boiling Water and wins the emperor's golden plaque bearing the title 'The Finest Restaurant in the World'.
