Emergency physician Qin Yan uses his family's ancestral golden needles to revive wealthy tycoon He Tingfeng, who suffers cardiac arrest aboard a high-speed train. However, He Tingfeng's wife, Su Wan, edits a video and falsely accuses him of practicing medicine illegally. Qin Yan is subjected to online harassment, suspended from work, and forced to break the golden needles passed down through seven generations of his family to prove his innocence. Half a month later, He Tingfeng suffers another attack aboard a cruise ship, and Su Wan begs Qin Yan to save him during a livestream. After weathering the storm and reaching reconciliation, Qin Yan breaks his family's ancestral rule against passing the art on to outsiders, taking on an apprentice to preserve his medical skills while upholding the principles of compassion and integrity that define a doctor.
