A modern programmer time-travels to the cultivation world, where simply breathing allows him to break through, becoming the righteous path's number one sword venerable in a hundred years. Bored out of his mind, he sets his sights on the proud and aloof demon lord Ji Wuyue, initiating monthly demon realm "team-building" exercises where he forces the supreme demon to fry rice, clean up, and wear cute outfits, teasing the female demon lord until she is both furious and helpless. Ji Wuyue attempts to use a honey trap to counter-kill him, but gets played instead, transforming from sworn enemies into the sword venerable's precious favorite, with a hilarious and sweet daily routine of righteousness and evil.
