Blizzards shroud Heishui City, where Northern Zhen Prince Luo Pili is ambushed by Wanyan Lie of Northern Mang and trapped at Eagle Beak Cliff. His son Luochen takes over the tiger tally, and disregarding the empty city, leads eight thousand black cavalry to the rescue. Using the strategy of besieging Wei to rescue Zhao, he launches a surprise raid on Northern Mang's supply camp to force the enemy to retreat, and uses five hundred light cavalry as bait to lure away twenty thousand pursuing troops, allowing deputy general Leizhan to lead troops and rescue his father. Luochen falls into heavy encirclement with his life and death uncertain, while the old prince Luo Tiangang arrives for reinforcements, on one hand defending Heishui City to resist the massive Northern Mang army, and on the other hand searching with all his might for Luochen who is lost in the mountains.
