In his previous life, Lin Feng was an alcoholic who squandered the family fortune, dragging his wife, Su Wan, into danger at sea during a typhoon. Reborn, he dives into the sea to save her and unexpectedly inherits the Dragon God's legacy, gaining the ability to identify treasures beneath the sea and control water currents. He smashes every wine jar and turns over a new leaf, working his way up from a small fishing boat to a thousand-ton fishing vessel and building a new house for his parents. After making his fortune, he does not forget his neighbors. He builds a free public wharf, takes over the seafood market and establishes strict rules of honesty, leading the entire village to prosperity.
