From Scrap Yard to the Pinnacle of Heavy Industry
Lu Zheng, a hydraulic engineer, loses his job after refusing to sign off on equipment with safety hazards. With his father seriously ill and urgently needing surgery, he has no choice but to take over his family's struggling scrap yard, which is on the verge of shutting down. Using his technical expertise, Lu Zheng repairs old equipment, saves production lines, and earns the money needed to save his father's life. However, as he expands his business, he faces repeated suppression from local strongmen, equipment conglomerates, and foreign capital. Partnering with a traditional factory on the verge of bankruptcy, Lu Zheng uses genuine testing and remanufacturing technology to win back customers. From scrap recycling to complete production line upgrades, he ultimately brings both his father's family business and the dying old factory back to life.
