The Whole Factory Is Waiting for Me to Save the Day
Lin Xiu is the best quality inspector in the inspection workshop of a hardware factory, with five years of zero product returns. Her partner, Zhang Mei, secretly conspires with team leader Zhao Gang to bring in Wang Li, a relative who does not even know how to use a caliper. They take Lin Xiu's workstation away and give it to Wang Li, transfer Lin Xiu to the most grueling position, strip her of all her performance bonuses, and even frame her for approving defective products. Lin Xiu does not cry or make a scene. Instead, she quietly gathers evidence and waits for the right moment. Sure enough, Wang Li causes a major disaster, leaving the entire factory facing enormous contractual penalties. At this critical moment, Lin Xiu steps forward and leads her fellow workers in reworking the products within six hours to save the factory.
