Xu Ning, a poor antique shop apprentice, unexpectedly binds himself to a Great Collector System and gains three abilities: 100% accurate authentication, daily bargain-finding locations, and antique restoration. He repeatedly discovers hidden treasures at street stalls and antique shops, including Shunzhi-era large cash coins, a Qianlong famille rose snuff bottle, a small Kangxi imperial kiln bowl, and a yellow jade imperial-poem thumb ring, earning millions in just one week. He sets a trap to teach a lesson to foreign buyers and their interpreter who forcibly seize antiques, then takes over his mentor Wang Shinan's Guyuntang shop to establish himself independently. Determined to secure a top school-district home for his wife and daughter, he pursues his dream of building a private museum.
