Huo Jing'an, a modern grain storage expert, unexpectedly travels through time to Cangshan County, a land suffering from a severe drought. There, he witnesses widespread grain mold and the suffering of ordinary people. He develops solar-powered grain drying and storage technology, cultivates terraced fields, and builds enormous granaries. When corrupt grain officials resort to arson and spreading rumors to obstruct him, he exposes their crimes at a grain administration conference. Starting with a single county, he establishes a nationwide grain storage network along the nine border regions. Using agricultural technology to protect the people, he writes an extraordinary legend of an agricultural sage who saves the world through grain storage.
