Little Shenbao Picks Up a Dad, Brings Prosperity to the Whole Family
Gu Changqing follows his second uncle into the mountains, where they are caught in a mudslide. But his ruthless uncle cuts through a tree branch and pushes him off a cliff, intending to seize his family's mountain land. At the bottom of the cliff, Gu Changqing is rescued by Shenbao, an adorable little ginseng spirit, who takes him for her dad. Shenbao can lead him to precious medicinal treasures hidden deep in the mountains, including top-quality wild ginseng and purple jade lingzhi mushrooms. Armed with these treasures, Gu Changqing makes a triumphant return, publicly exposing his second uncle's plot to steal the family's mountain land. He then sells his mountain treasures for a fortune at the market, beginning a journey of revenge and prosperity with Shenbao.
