I Rely On Real Craftsmanship To Straighten Out The Workplace
Hengxin Maintenance Station gold-medal technician Qin Dajiang is fined and reprimanded over a 'photo not meeting standards' incident, and even voluntarily takes off his gold medal, deciding to abide strictly by regulations. However, the company instead offers a hefty sum to hire a million-follower maintenance vlogger and a so-called gold-award expert, resulting in a continuous outbreak of customer losses, equipment failures, and annual inspection failures. At a critical moment, Qin Dajiang relies on decades of genuine skill to track down problems time and again, making everyone understand that maintenance does not rely on traffic and medals, but on technology, responsibility, and conscience. In the end, he not only saves Hengxin, but also embarks on the path of cultivating a new generation of maintenance technicians.
