Twin Beauties in Troubled Times: Game Breaker and Caged Bird
Inside a frigid winter armored train, Yan Qi decodes on a blood-stained newspaper with lipstick, the back of her head pressed against Gu Xiao's ice-cold gun barrel. Thousands of miles away in the French Concession, Meng Wanzhou wears heavy golden silk foot shackles, surviving amidst Shao Tingjun's spine-chilling gentleness. A pair of close female friends who accidentally fall into the troubled Republic-era times stake their lives amidst gunfire and cosmetics. Yan Qi seizes a gun and counter-kills, forcing the cold-blooded young marshal to deploy a heavy armored division to clear the way for her; Meng Wanzhou plots step by step in the mansion's probe, passing intelligence to her friend via a banquet embrace. Facing the warlord's forceful possession and the godfather's morbid imprisonment, they must turn the tables in the dual-city game, transforming fatal forced love into bargaining chips for a breakout.
