"The Kidnapped Little Ancestor" tells the story of Lu Zhaodi, who was used as a blood supply tool by her older brother Lu Mingting, rebelled, and was locked in the basement, where she became a divine doctor because of an ancient traditional Chinese medicine book. Her mother had long since died, and she wanted to perish together with Lu Mingting, but she was unexpectedly kidnapped by Song Jinnian. Song Jinnian had once been driven to ruin and lost his family by Lu Mingting, and suffered from a terminal illness, yet could not bear to harm Lu Zhaodi. With her medical skills and resourcefulness, she touched the "kidnapper", cured Song Jinnian, and felt warmth and being cherished for the first time in the kidnappers' den. The two gradually developed romantic feelings, teamed up to bring down Lu Mingting, and completed their revenge. Lu Zhaodi changed her name to Lu Zhaozhao and married Song Jinnian, finding her own home.
