When I Rest, The Whole Mall Panics
A new rule stating that employees are not allowed to use air conditioning in the business area, with a fine of six hundred for violations, pushed cleaning team leader Zhou Guilan into the spotlight. Instead of making a fuss or arguing, she led everyone to strictly follow the rules by the book. As a result, cleaning during lunch breaks, maintenance approvals, and deliveries by appointment threw the mall into instant chaos. Facing the questioning of leader Ma Yuantu, Zhou Guilan only gave a faint line: the rules are set by you. She also stepped from a cleaner whom no one looked down upon step by step into the management, tearing open the fig leaf of formalism with the most rustic reasoning.
