Qian Duoduo, a university student nicknamed the "Deal-Hunting Meat Grinder," is exceptionally skilled at exploiting bargains and promotions, but always sticks to her principles. After receiving a scam call, she has a sudden idea and turns the tables on the scammers, cleverly extracting their entire scam script. She recruits her three roommates to form the 408 Anti-Fraud Squad. Some pretend to play along, while others organize the evidence, spending countless hours keeping the scammers occupied. They don't take a single cent of the scammers' stolen money. Instead, they hand over all the evidence to the Anti-Fraud Center and cooperate with the police to investigate the criminal gang further. Using their own unique approach as university students, they fight telecommunications fraud, all to prevent any more elderly people from being hurt by scams.
