Cold Palace Worker: I Rely on KPIs to Overhaul the Inner Court
Modern HR worker Jiang Si dies from overwork, transmigrating into an abandoned imperial concubine in the Great Jing sentenced to death by decree in the Cold Palace. While others enter the palace to vie for favor and outshine each other in beauty, she takes a different path, wielding ledger books in the Cold Palace to conduct KPI performance reviews, auditing palace accounts, cleaning up corruption, and rejecting meaningless female infighting. Just as the inner court reforms begin to show initial results, a frontier caravan brings back secret news, border valleys hide otherworldly relics, and artifacts not belonging to this world are scattered about. With a compass in hand, Jiang Si stabilizes the situation in the harem on one side while investigating the secrets behind the rifts on the other.
