Deep-sea captain Su Jin time-travels to become an ancient fishing village widow, targeted by her in-laws who force her to sell her daughter to pay off debts. Smashing the ancestral offering table with an axe to protect her children, she moves her family overnight to a sea-cliff wooden house. Five Sea Dragon Eyes, retrieved by her late husband from the Abyss of Doom at the cost of his life, are bestowed upon the five children, granting them miraculous abilities of clairvoyance, supernatural strength, ice-freezing, animal speech, and healing. Relying on her past captain's experience at sea, Su Jin leads her children to brave the Ghost-Seeing Reefs by night during a spring tide, utilizing their unique birth talents in tacit coordination to harvest top-tier seafood and achieve an overnight comeback. From then on, the mother and her six children work as one, living off the sea and building a warm, prosperous life of their own by the shore.
