Bamboo Splint Light Fills the Village
Modern designer Lin Xiaoman accidentally travels through time to Qingxi Village, and wakes up to find herself landing in the chicken coop at the entrance of the village. Penniless and without an identity, she is taken in by the kind Zhou Xiaohe. By a twist of fate, she follows veteran artisan Granny Chen to learn bamboo weaving. She integrates modern design thinking into traditional bamboo art, teams up with Zhou Xiaohe, utilizes bamboo baskets to package local kiwis, and opens up online sales channels. Overcoming heavy difficulties such as bad reviews, doubts, and short capital, the two polish their craftsmanship with their own hands, and find their own direction of life in the mountain wilderness.
