He writes 'Man Jiang Hong' and 'Ding Feng Bo' on the spot to prove his talent, while using the storybooks to satirize the Lu family, causing Lu Bingchu to lose his authority over the capital's official evaluations. Prince Ning attempts to recruit Wang Ling but is rejected, so he joins forces with Lu Bingchu instead.
