After falling off a cliff, modern poverty alleviation official Zhao Long accidentally finds himself in the Great Qin dynasty. Mistaking Qin Shi Huang, Ying Zheng, for the impoverished village chief known as Old Zhao, he devotes himself to helping Zhao Village escape poverty.
