Reflect the Heart, Not the Sin
During the Sword Inquiry Trial, the Heart-Reflecting Mirror reveals movements that contradict reality, casting suspicion on the protagonist. While the others rush to condemn him, the female lead refuses to pass judgment. Instead, she works with everyone to reexamine the mirror's images and investigate the turning of the Xuanheng Token. They discover that someone has been manipulating the mirror and concealing a wrongful judgment from a previous trial. As testimonies resurface, the truth about the past is brought to light, and the members of the sect finally break their silence and step forward to testify. Yin Huaiqiao admits his mistakes and accepts a formal review and accountability. Together, everyone reexamines the rules of the trial and establishes new regulations. People must not be judged by appearances or assumptions. Only by respecting the facts, having the courage to seek the truth, and daring to take responsibility can justice and kindness be upheld.
