Every Midnight, I Can See Who Will Die Tomorrow
Every midnight, night-shift designated driver Zhou Ye's phone refreshes a death list, and the first person waiting for death turns out to be himself. After escaping narrowly, he joins hands with mysterious operative Su Wan, racing against time amidst a faceless subway, a giant eye in the sky, and life-claiming black rain to save the people on the list. Until his mother, who died three years ago, appears again, and footage from twenty-three years later unveils a secret: this list is connected to himself. As death spreads globally, he must figure out whether he is actually preventing the apocalypse or bringing it about.
