A modern man, Qin Tian, accidentally travels back to the Qin Dynasty, spending twenty years in deep mountains to cultivate into a Primordial Master. At Shaqiu, he intercepts the dying First Emperor of Qin, Ying Zheng, heals him, and exposes the historical truth of Zhao Gao's chaos in Qin and the second-generation downfall of the Great Qin. Taking Ying Zheng to fly and tour the world, Qin Tian retrieves high-yield crop seeds such as potatoes and corn, and imparts the cultivation techniques of Primordial Force. At the same time, he promotes papermaking and printing, blast furnace ironmaking, reforms institutions, educates the common people, resolves court undercurrents, drills the grand army to conquer the Xiongnu, and leads the Great Qin to sail forward toward the sea of stars.
