The mighty evil cultivator Zheng Yi traveled through time to the world of immortal cultivation a thousand years ago and cultivated his way to the Great Ascension stage, founding the Evil Sect. As strange phenomena descend upon Blue Star, supernatural rule-based horror games begin. Chosen players must risk their lives entering dangerous instances, and failure brings catastrophic supernatural disasters. When Great Xia faces a punishment crisis, Zheng Yi volunteers to take on all 100,000 supernatural entities, harvesting them as cultivation resources. He becomes Great Xia's chosen player and enters the instance "Second Home." Bound by the rules and unable to attack the entities directly, he cleverly sets traps and uses his opponents to eliminate every entity in the instance. He also uncovers the truth behind the instance and clears it, earning Great Xia generous rewards. Afterwards, Zheng Yi sets out to obtain Great Xia household registration for his more than a thousand disciples so they can qualify to enter the instances.
