Li Yu, a poor young man from Qingshi Town, unexpectedly loses his older brother, leaving him and his sister-in-law, Shen Xiangyi, to depend on each other. He inherits a long-lost Mountain God legacy that allows him to communicate with all beasts and control life, death, and vitality! A Northeast tiger becomes his mount, an eagle his bodyguard, sparrows deliver his messages, and venomous snakes gather immortal herbs for him. He can casually pick century-old dendrobium and wild ginseng in the mountains and sell them for astronomical prices! As snobbish relatives, arrogant young masters, and unscrupulous merchants take turns humiliating and suppressing him, powerful figures who witness the golden phantom of the Mountain God mistakenly imagine him to be an immortal hidden away from the world. Everyone bows down and pledges their loyalty to him!
