Lin Shu, an honest construction foreman, leads his brothers in renovation work, only to be betrayed by his business partner, Wang Yuhao, who uses fake unpaid-wage records to turn the workers against him and block his entrance, stealing his clients at Yunhu Residential Community. Wang Yuhao also deliberately damages the waterproofing to frame Lin Shu and edits videos to ruin his reputation. Rather than arguing, Lin Shu systematically exposes the conspiracy with bank statements, construction logs, and original contracts. In a model-apartment showdown, his outstanding craftsmanship wins him the renovation project for the entire old residential building. Ultimately, Wang Yuhao's corner-cutting causes his finances to collapse, while Lin Shu establishes a legitimate renovation company and returns to his village to teach skilled workers how to earn an honest living through proper practices and genuine expertise.
