After getting married, Lin Xiaoman takes care of all the household chores, yet she always has to wait until the entire family has finished eating before she can sit down to a meal. With all the old rules abolished, Lin Xiaoman returns to the present, where the whole family gathers around the table, sharing the work and taking breaks whenever they can.
