Workplace backbone Shen Zhihe treats others with generosity and kindness, kindly picking up and dropping off intern Qiao Yurou for several consecutive months, but her blind concessions let the other person constantly cross boundaries. Qiao Yurou uses her license plate without permission to host clients, triggering a major accident, and even tries to shift the blame and tamper with project data. Shen Zhihe produces complete evidence to prove her innocence, understanding that goodwill cannot be without a bottom line. She improves the team management system and is promoted to project leader. The appearance of new assistant Ye Shuran makes her understand how to guard boundaries and master the right to decide her own goodwill.
