A Little One Comes Knocking, the Cold-Faced General Spoils Her Like a Treasure
On a stormy night, three-and-a-half-year-old Youyou clutches her battered rabbit and knocks on the General's residence, seeking her father to reimburse her for three years of goat's milk that her late mother says he owes her. Faced with suspicion, her innocence and thoughtfulness gradually win over her cold-faced general father and the dignified old matriarch. Protected by her family, Youyou transforms from a timid, lowly child into a little girl surrounded by love. With her small presence, she mends the family's fractured bonds and ultimately brings everyone together beneath the glow of countless household lights, filling the once-cold General's residence with the warmth of home.
