Black Reef Island orphan Luo Hang came to Haicheng to protect his homeland, moving from misunderstanding to standing shoulder-to-shoulder with Haizhao Group CEO Liu Ye. The two investigate the truth behind abnormal marine events, exposing the conspiracy of bad actors using acoustic frequency technology to manipulate sea beasts, destroy ecology, and endanger public safety. Facing storms and crises, they uphold justice, gather evidence according to law, rescue marine creatures and trapped masses, promote corporate standardized governance, and protect the peace of Haicheng and Black Reef Island.
