After The Vicious Female Supporting Character Awakened, I Cajoled The Zombie King To Be My Underling
Qin Yishu wakes up and discovers that she is the vicious female supporting character in an apocalyptic novel, manipulated by the plot to obsessively love the male lead and abuse the bodyguard Xie Jinzhi. After completing the plot of pushing him off a high wall to take back her body, she simply jumps the wall intending to transform into a zombie to dominate the apocalypse, but instead crashes right into Xie Jinzhi who is climbing the wall to survive, being mistaken for dying for love. Xie Jinzhi fights to the death to protect her and carves a way out of the zombie horde, becoming infected as the zombie king himself. Qin Yishu simply cajoles the clueless him into acknowledging her as the boss, taking him to mingle with survivor squads, hoard supplies, hunt zombies, and help him recover his sanity. The behind-the-scenes virus laboratory surfaces, and she teams up with the original novel's male and female leads to destroy the source, completely breaking free from the plot's destiny.
