Old Neighbors in the Elevator Building
58-year-old Tian Guifen and her old neighbors move into the Xingfuli Community. The new apartments are comfortable, but conflicts frequently arise, such as piling up debris, refusing to pay fees, and neighborly alienation. An elderly person living alone falls down without anyone knowing, making her realize that new rules are needed. She convenes the "Xingfu Discussion Table". After going through storms such as elevator shutdowns and billing disputes, she leads the residents and the property management to jointly establish the "Xingfu Building Convention", allowing the new building to recapture the warmth of the old neighborhood.
