Under the leadership of Emperor Zhou Jiulin, the Da Zhou Dynasty united the four seas and became invincible. The Xiongnu dared not move south, and all surrounding small states submitted as vassals, earning Zhou Jiulin the title of Heavenly Khagan. However, due to his obsession with power, Zhou Jiulin neglected the empress, leading to her death.
