Yanyan, three and a half years old, is a little child in Huaihua Village. She does not overthink and says what is on her mind. When she was over a year old, she saved Chunni from falling into the water, and since then they have become best friends. She is mischievous and cute, frequently coming out with golden quotes that often make the whole family burst into laughter. Her grandma protects her shortcomings, her uncle spoils her, and her parents discipline her with words only to surrender in the end. With innocent words, she tears apart the hypocritical pride of adults and heals countless social anxieties. She does not know what pleasing others means; she only knows: my people, I must look after; things that are wrong, I will speak out.
