Because the Prince of Ning's estate encountered successive misfortunes, Princess Consort Cheng Ruan went to the ancestral tombs to pray for the ancestors' protection, and unexpectedly received guidance, meeting the clever and cute Tuantuan at Chunxiang Courtyard. Although Tuantuan had a bumpy background, she was innocent and kind, and was always able to discover unexpected "treasures" from inconspicuous corners. After being brought back to the Prince's estate by Cheng Ruan, she not only brought laughter to the gloomy estate, but also successively resolved strange occurrences and brought good luck. As the old matriarch and everyone in the estate gradually became touched by Tuantuan, this picked-up little tot also step by step became the "little ancestor" held in the palm of everyone's hand in the entire Prince's estate.
