This Shop Bears the Sun Name, But Whose Name Is on the Money?
Lin Qiao and her husband work from dawn till dusk running a breakfast shop. For three years, she couldn't even afford the 2,000-yuan hospital deposit, while her mother-in-law secretly transferred the shop's 1.83 million yuan in revenue to her younger brother-in-law for his bride price, house, and milk tea shop. From meekly enduring everything to uncovering fake accounts and retrieving bank statements, Lin Qiao refuses to back down. She seizes control, files lawsuits, obtains written IOUs, and pursues monthly repayments, gradually reclaiming a life drained by her in-laws. She also makes her blindly filial husband face the truth and forces the family to learn to treat her as one of their own.
