Shen Jingshu, the eldest grandson of the Shen family, carries his grandfather's lingering soul. Putting aside his playboy facade, he uses consummate wisdom to dismantle the schemes of the Nanyang business syndicate, uniting Jiangnan merchant houses to build and share distribution channels. Facing a liquidity squeeze by northern merchants, he leverages official backing to establish a universal bank-note system, facilitating north-south trade integration. Upholding a philosophy of mutual benefit and win-win outcomes, he stabilizes commercial routes with his grand vision, inheriting a down-to-earth and kind-hearted business foundation.
