Zhou Dewang has spent twenty years running a rural banquet catering business. On the eve of a 50-table wedding banquet, his core chefs collectively go on strike and try to force his hand. Refusing to compromise, he fires them all on the spot. Despite the risk of breaching his contract, he urgently recruits a retired veteran chef overnight and takes the field despite his injuries, successfully completing the banquet. He then introduces standardized production lines and direct sourcing from suppliers. Starting with small orders and building his business steadily, he eventually defeats his malicious competitors and establishes a professional, well-organized rural banquet catering team.
