Starting from a 38-square-meter small shop, he retains diners with twice-cooked pork, braised pork, and hot and sour soup, while also experiencing competition, expansion, and exhaustion. Aunt Zhang, Fang Yuan, family members, and partners successively walk into his fireworks-filled life. In the end, Zhao's Restaurant is renamed "Xiulan Home-Style Dishes" — a bowl of human fireworks, silent yet warm.
